Often overlooked but vital to any change or major project delivery.  We work with you to create and implement a plan to ensure your teams, volunteers, supporters and other stakeholders are informed and actively supporting your initiatives.  This can include an overall communications plan, drafting specific items and facilitating or presenting face to face.
